Next to a working floor
You learn on machines that are running real production, not a display set.
The whole chain
Design, software, cutting, edging, drilling, assembly and installation — not one narrow step.
Technical training
Training with our machinery and software partners, including their engineers.
Real responsibility
A small team at the start of something. What you build stays yours to improve.
Four roles.
All based at the Experience Centre in Semenyih, Selangor.
CNC Service & Installation Technician
The person customers meet on the day their machine arrives — and the one they call when it stops.
- Install, assemble and commission machines at customer sites.
- Calibrate, run acceptance tests and hand over a machine that is genuinely ready to produce.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and pneumatic faults, on site and over the remote support channel.
- Keep service records, maintenance schedules and spare-parts notes for each installation.
- Hands-on experience with woodworking, panel or industrial machinery.
- Able to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams and work from a manual.
- Willing to travel to customer sites across Malaysia.
- Patient with operators who are still learning the machine.
Applications & Training Engineer
Turns a customer's drawing into a production file — then teaches their team to do it without us.
- Take customer drawings through cabinet design, panel lists, nesting and machine-ready output.
- Train operators on software and machine workflow, at our centre and at their workshop.
- Run software and workflow sessions for Experience Centre visitors.
- Help customers cut material waste, labelling errors and rework at assembly.
- Working knowledge of cabinet or furniture design software and CNC production files.
- Understands material yield, edge banding, hardware and drilling patterns.
- Can explain a workflow clearly to someone who has never used the software.
- Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Sales Engineer — Machinery
Recommends the right stage of automation for a workshop — not the biggest machine on the floor.
- Handle enquiries from the first conversation through to proposal and configuration.
- Visit workshops to understand current process, materials, volume and bottlenecks.
- Run machine demonstrations and consultations at the Experience Centre.
- Work with the technical team so what is quoted is what can actually be delivered and supported.
- Experience in industrial machinery, building materials or furniture manufacturing sales.
- Comfortable talking about production numbers, capacity and costing.
- Honest about what a customer is ready for.
- Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Experience Centre Coordinator
Keeps the centre demonstration-ready and makes sure no visitor is forgotten after they leave.
- Schedule and host Experience Centre visits, demonstrations and training sessions.
- Prepare sample jobs, materials and demonstration files before each visit.
- Keep the floor presentable, safe and ready to run at short notice.
- Follow up with visitors and keep the enquiry list organised and up to date.
- Organised, and comfortable hosting visitors and small groups.
- Good written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Interest in manufacturing — you do not need a technical background to start.
- Confident with everyday office and messaging tools.
