VG-368C
45° Bevel Edge Banding Machine
One line. One finished 45° edge.
The VG-368C automates bevel milling, gluing, pressing, trimming, scraping and polishing in one continuous process — for cleaner, more consistent handleless cabinet doors and drawer fronts with fewer manual hand-offs.
45° bevel milling
One-key milling converts a straight panel edge into a precise 45° bevel in one pass.
Glue & press
Adhesive is applied evenly along the bevel; bevel and straight sections are pressed for stable bonding.
Trim & scrape
Bonded material is trimmed to the 45° profile and fine residue is scraped away.
Polish
Final polishing improves cleanliness and visual consistency.
